Arizona law requires every signer to understand the document they are signing and to sign willingly. A person with dementia or memory impairment may still be notarized if they can:
• Explain what they are signing and why.
• Communicate directly with the notary.
• Demonstrate they understand the document and are signing voluntarily.
If a signer cannot demonstrate understanding or appears confused or under pressure, the notarization must be declined in accordance with Arizona law.

- Travel: On-site travel service is available, with details depending on the location.
